The Ontracks Experience
An engagement begins with consultations between our senior management and a prospective client. At this point, we can jointly define the problem and scope out a solution. The next step is to perform a project initiation. We will bring the right resources to the team to build a working knowledge of the client’s organization, design the solution, build an implementation plan, and business case. The Project Implementation Plan is presented to the client and used as the scope document for the resulting phases of work. Our Solution Architect, most often a member of our senior management, remains with our clients from those initial meetings to our project closure presentation to provide continuity to the delivery team as well as a consistent resource to our client’s project sponsor. Our projects end when our project objectives have been met and accepted by our clients and our clients are satisfied; not when the final invoice is submitted.
